About
Wushu is a Chinese martial art that blends performance and combat techniques. It focuses on both physical fitness and martial prowess, emphasizing speed, power, and agility.
NTU CAC Wushu was first established in 1991 as the Pugilistic and Lion Dance Troupe and became an independent club under the Cultural Activities Club (CAC) in 2003.
Our club engages in a wide range of Wushu-related activities at national, school, and public levels. Members train in various fist forms and weapon routines — including Eagle Claw, Mantis Fist, Southern Fist, Double Broadsword, Spear, and Nine-Section Chain Whip. We regularly perform in NTU events and represent the university in competitions.
Instructor
Coach He Jun is an Ex-National Team Coach who has taught NTU CAC Wushu for more than 10 years. He has played a pivotal role in guiding students to develop both their technical skills and their appreciation for the art of Wushu.
